If you use Google's Android Market on the web for application discovery and even installation, you'll be glad to find out Google made some improvements to the application screenshot view controls.
Clicking on a certain screenshot image in an application page will open up that specific picture and display the controls above it. You can not only go back and forth to the previous and next images in cue but you can also use the rotation controls to manipulate how the images are displayed. The Close button has gone and all you have to do to exit the screenshot display view is to click away from the image. The improvements might be rolling out in phases so in case you don't see the improved controls, hang on, they will get to you too!
