HTC Holiday Tipped for Global Release

Once thought to be an AT&T exclusive, evidence now suggests that the high-end HTC Holiday will in fact see a global release. Besides being tipped by Bell as one of its upcoming "superphones" (it's an option at the Canadian carrier's online download shop), Holiday listed Europe and Asia along with North America as regions of distribution on its recent Bluetooth certification. While either of these clues alone could be written off as errors, together they make a strong case for an international rollout of what may be the company's next flagship handset.

Holiday, expected to run a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with a 4.5-inch qHD display and eight-megapixel camera, will likely be one of AT&T's first LTE-capable devices -- and may accompany 4G rollouts on Eurasian operators as well. Earlier today we saw Holiday in the wild for the first time, being sold on Craigslist complete with a busted screen.
