Google Music Beta 3.0.1 Gets Bugfixes, Improved Track Management

Have you gotten your Google Music Beta invite yet? After the first wave went out to interested users early last week, we heard about another bunch being distributed yesterday. If you've already started using the service, be sure and check for the app's first update since the service went live, which Google released today.

This release brings Music up to version 3.0.1. If you've been having problems with the app so far, there's a chance that Google has fixed things, with the update including an unidentified assortment of bug fixes. Some problems with Music crashing on certain ROMS have been corrected, for instance. There's also a slight improvement to the app's track management; you'll now be able to delete songs that you have saved to your phone's SD card right from within the app.

If you still need an invite, head to music.google.com to request yours (still US users only, sorry). Now that some of you have had some time to play with Music Beta, how are you finding it holds up against Amazon's Cloud Player?
