Google Rolling Out Revamped Mobile Site on Apple iPhone?

Google has recently updated the dedicated iPhone Search App bringing speed, aspect and usability improvements but it appears that the mobile website, while accessed from the iPhone, is starting to look different. 

If you take a look at the screenshots above and below you will see a row of dedicated icons that act as shortcuts to Google's various offerings. Google, Images, Places and News act as tabs but pressing the More button reveals additional shortcuts to other services of El Goog's, in addition to options the user can choose as per where to exactly conduct the search -- or which search results to display, to be more specific.
